However, the order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive! The four different pizzas (lamb, meatball, meat, and bruschetta) all tasted very similar and were quite bland. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
Looking for something for take away dinner after 8.30 and found Big Al's. lots of different pasta types to choose with an assortment of toppings. I has a tortellini with carbonara sauce one of the best I have had. Pizzas look pretty good too...and everything was reasonably priced. Will come back next time I am in Bairnsdale.
I tried on 2 different days to order the pizza to the motel. but no one answered the phone. this was after two call five minutes apart, at two different days. eating is good, but you need to service.
We ordered ourselves well in advance because we have little children who have to eat early. they took one and a helped hours to get our order to us, during this time we had to call twice and ask where our order was! there was, we had a screaming hungry child. I complained to the supplier about the service, he said he would pass on my feedback, but there was no offer to compensate us or something. the pizza was tasty, but not tasty enough to fight with screaming hungry children waiting all the time. it was also on a Monday evening, not as it was 7 o'clock on a Saturday night.
We ordered the small pizza combo from this restaurant and had it delivered to the Tanjil Motor Inn. The combo included a small seafood pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and a small garlic pizza. While it was more expensive than Domino's, the pizzas had a generous amount of cheese. The flavors were rich and delicious.
