Copper Shark - Baltimore

Leisurely dinner with local friends was made brilliant by a visit to Copper Shark. From the special crafted Old Fashions to the charcuterie and Brussels, to the Steaks and deserts, they knocked it out of the park on all notes. Well done! Highly recommend.

I’ve never rated a restaurant 10/10, but this place is my new favorite. Every recommendation our server made was perfect. Every single minute I spent in there was worth more than every penny I spent on the bill. The food was great, drinks were phenomenal and the service was excellent. I am bringing everyone I know here.

Food was fine. Waiter was overwhelmed with another large group. Service delayed with frequent apologies. Offered complimentary dessert to thank us for being patient then forgot about us.

Brussels sprouts appetizer and blueberry ice cream dessert were amazing. Scallops $41 unfortunately had no sear; mushy consistency. Salmon was OK but unremarkable. Sadly, we had the worst service, such a bummer! It was a slow night, but our waitress seemingly forgot about us several times. As in, took our drink order and literally didn’t return for 25 minutes. And one of the four drinks was wrong. Bottle of wine took 30 minutes to arrive. Maybe our server had a bad night and it was an anomaly. The manager was apologetic and stepped in before dessert, which we appreciated. I advise sitting at a high-top in the bar and ordering from the bar menu. You can’t order from the bar menu in the dining room. The grilled cheese was tasty. I would go back for that! I am not one to write negative reviews but this really ruined our night.
