Contribuer aux commentairesI live exactly 5 minutes away. I arrived 10 for pickup minutes after placing the order. I asked for my subroll toasted and it was sopping soggy. Why are the wings naked like all the batter/breading fell off before it could reach the fryer? Y my cheese steak got so little steak? Yall, im tired.
This establishment’s manager keeps deleting my review due to her negativity being displayed so I’m re-submitting my review from earlier today: I called this establishment today at 12:15 pm to place an order for a breakfast platter. I spoke with Veronica who was nasty and disrespectful to me simply because I requested that butter and jelly be put on wheat toast that came with the breakfast platter. She said that they don’t normally put butter and jelly on toast. I told her that they always put butter and jelly on the toast and no one had ever told me that this is something they don’t do. Veronica Complained, like a child would, about it taking too long for them to put butter and jelly on toast. I told her I’d never heard anyone complain about putting butter and jelly on toast. At this point, I thought the whole thing was just ridiculous. Mind you the whole time she’s talking to me. It’s with an attitude and uncalled for. I continued to place my order anyway advising how I like other items on the platter to be prepared. I then asked her how much it would cost and she gave me the price. While in the middle of asking how long it would take, she hung the phone up. I called right back and said to her I just spoke with you and you hung the phone up while I was asking you a question which was how long will the meal take to be prepared and she gave me the answer. I said thank you and hung up. I then got dressed to go and get the order I placed. However, I decided to call back to speak with the owner or a manager. Veronica answered the phone and said the owner does not frequent the restaurant and that she was the manager. I asked then, who do I complain to about her disrespectful behavior and nasty attitude. Of course that led nowhere, but to her lying on me saying she didn’t hang up on me and that I told her three times that I had completed my order. That was a COMPLETE LIE as I said that once before asking her how much the order cost and next how long the order took which is the sentence I was in the middle of when she hung up on me. I told her I would find out who the owner is on my own and deal with her another way. Prior to today, I and family members have placed many orders at this establishment and we never had a problem with the people or the food until today, which will be the very last time we ever dialed their number or walk into either of their establishments. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. To Veronica, you were very disrespectful to me and spoke to me in a mean and nasty way, even went as far as to lie on me, just know that in this life that we live, there is a Law Of Karma And You Will Reap That Which You Sow.
A Ghost Kitchen AND AI generated pictures?!?! How greedy for money is this business?!?! Don’t be lazy, hire the artist, hire a photographer, make the food, take actual pictures, at least use the pictures customers provide. You businesses can’t be lazy forever.
Hands down the best cheesesteaks and German Chocolate cake in Baltimore!!!!! If I could eat here for breakfast Lunch and dinner I would but the prices would make me homeless! Their prices are high in my opinion but the quality of food and customer service justify the price
It was late. I wasn't feeling well due to allergies. I fell asleep during peak hours to order or make anything. This was the only place for miles that had homemade chicken noodle soup. And it was well worth it.Also, I got myself a scrapple, egg, and cheese sandwich to go with it.I was hungry. Didn't eat much earlier in the day. And had to have something.
