Horrible service!! The server was in a bad mood, almost didn't say anything, threw the food on the countertop and even when we said "goodbye" she did not

Stopped in for a quick lunch on our way out of Lake LouiseFood was tasty, nice and hot.

After lake Louise we stopped in here for a snack. It is a bit pricey but it was good.

Ordered a sandwich, asked if I wanted the receipt, I said sure. While waiting for the sandwich I noticed I was charged $2.50 for chips. I asked for a refund as I didn't want or ask for them. They said it's written on the board that chips are included. They COULD have told me they were included,! But no mention whatsoever! I looked and the writing was about an inch tall...hardly visible!!The place was dirty....dirty counters and floor....lots of garbage on the counters. While waiting for the sandwich, three guys ordered sandwiches and were not told at all about the chips so I gave them a heads up! This is an extremely busy spot and this practice of ripping people off for $2.50 or a bag of chips is so wrong.
