Jay Fai is an institute, she still cooks all dishes herself. Food is absolutely delicious and worth the hype, but a little on the overpriced side. Regarding the service: If you are nice to them, they will be nice to you We did it for the second attempt in the afternoon after a rainstorm with a half hour waiting time. We had the crab Omelette, which is huge, and it is an immense amount of crab in it worth every ****. And we also ate the drunk noodles that are not the big part, but first-class seafood and texture is great.
Once in life easy because I waited 4 hours (we were
We waited for 3hrs after arriving at 9:30am, and finally eat our food at 12:30. I suggest to arrive before the shop opens, maybe around 8-8:30am. The omelette is not too flavorsome, just full of crab. The fried fried rice noodle is shockingly good, the texture of the noodle itself is super stretchy, I’ve never had it anywhere else. Flavor is rich. I’d suggest to order 1 for each person, as the serve was not big, and it’s too yummy to share! We also ordered curry crab. Again, lots of crab but flavor is mild. You can give it a miss if you’ve ordered omelette. I regret we didn’t order Tom yum I literally stood outside the kitchen in the smoke and heat, and watched the lady Jay Fai cooking a storm for 2.5hrs. It’s very enjoyable, and it’s almost like a art performance
I have eaten before the epidemic, and the registration book will be displayed at 10:30 in the morning. After registering, I will take a ride to the neighborhood and wait for 14:00 to return before the door opens. The crab omelet is impressive, and the real ingredients are worth visiting again and again. 疫情前去吃過,一早10:30會擺出登記本,先登記完去搭車去附近逛逛等14:00開門前回來。蟹肉蛋捲令人印象深刻,真材實料值得一再造訪。
