I took my younger daughter to the brunch. the wonderful original manager/owner unfortunately no longer there(big error) although the Eastern European waitress was very polite, eating was absolutely apalling. daughter boiled egg with soldiers, still raw egg inside, deadly cut into soldiers, but not buttered? my eggs on toast, toast with a destruction of a kind of spread and stabbed eggs came hard boiled when we complained, the workers were reasonably accused. but the manager/owner? was rude, aggressive, and said that they did not welcome any complaining. we cook our eggs in an egg pan and we use water .read more
Cafe imperial is a welcome supplement on the high street in golders green. it is beautifully finished and is now an extremely pleasant, clean and elegant. the parlour corner with the small sofa is simply charming and I always hope it is free! eating was so flawless - I am a big fan of iron, posing or fried, but although they are considered a simple thing, it is not easy to get them perfectly prepared. in imperial they were always excellent. the salads are always more perfect than fresh and the small chocolate cakes and fruit pots delightful. and finally, more attentive and pleasant service.
There is a wide variety of homemade dishes available on the menu, ranging from snacks to full meals, as well as delightful desserts. The restaurant also serves great tea and coffee, and has a liquor license, offering beer and wine. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is friendly. This eatery is one of the oldest in Golders Green.
The atmosphere at this café is very relaxing, feeling just like home. Originally a tea store in the past, the food served at this restaurant is well-prepared, beautifully presented, and not overly fancy. They specialize in breakfast fry-ups and sandwiches. The club sandwich was delicious, with ripe avocado slices, tasty chicken and bacon, and the fries were crispy and hot. There's something special about the food here that keeps you coming back for more.
I have been living near this café for a year and finally decided to visit on a Sunday. It was truly wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. It doesn't even feel like you're in London. The food was excellent and the portion sizes were generous. I left feeling satisfied and full.
