After that there was another waiting for main courses, my wife had Arroz con Pato and I had Lomo Salteado. Neither court was bad, but the size of the Lomo was very small, your average Peruvian would not have been satisfied! Despite the completion of our Pisco Sours, we were not offered a wine list and in general there seemed a lot of staff not to do much and our waitress clearly lacked experience/fruit. Local friends told me that this restaurant will become more alive in the evening and that its main focus is on cocktails. Our lunch was certainly a big decline overall, given the high standards of gastronomy in Lima. We would not recommend this restaurant for lunch, Segunda Muelle was far superior.
Prices were much more expensive in the restaurant than those shown on the website. The food lasted so long to be served and was so short. I would never recommend a dish called Pachamama Marina, it is a plate with some shrimps and two big rocks among them.
It was a complete disaster! I visited such a set-menu during the Lima Food Week. My wife doesn't eat meat, so she chose a la carte meal. It took 35 minutes to get our drinks and 1h20 to get the first dish! Service is a joke... not enough staff and nobody gives them a direction. When I mentioned the waiting period, the waiter replied with a very unpleasant smile ... he was aware that he was above his head, but what could he say.... The menu itself was a joke... cold food, tasteless and it had no love at all. Even the a la carte was bad.... half of the ingredients on the menu were not in the actual dish. When the manager brought us the bill and asked us how everything went (how good it was because we told the waiter three times), he ran off as soon as he could after I told him that it was bad. At one point I was ready to leave the restaurant... Never again!
