Capt. Kat's Lobster Shack

This place is legit All fellow lobster lovers need to come here ASAP! As a New Yorker, I don't get a lot of fresh lobster there.

Since Barrington is the lobster capital of Nova Scotia, you need to come hereIt's funny how in a little shopping center so you don't expect much.

Stopped at this restaurant for lunch with my family today, looking for the Nova Scotia lobster experience and was so disapointed! We were a party of 4

I know the area very well and although the food here is VERY good, however, I feel its very overpriced onsidering you can the samw meals at other places in and around the area for wayyyy cheaper..for example...i almost fell off my chair when I saw lobster poutine for $25! There are other places that you can get it for $14 $16..its way overpriced considering the area. The staff are amazing..the rest is super cute...but the prices are city prices and that was the biggest disappointment :(

We visited with friends. The food was great, portion sizes are good and a nice selection on the menu. Good service. great food and comfortable.
