Dominos - Bassetlaw

I recently went to pick up an order from Domino's and found a fingernail in my pizza when I took a bite. I tried calling them 8 times with no answer, so I went back to the store to return the pizza and ask for a refund. The manager was rude and unhelpful, refusing to give me a refund because the pizza had already been made. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to receive a new pizza. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant review expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the service received at a local Domino's branch. The reviewer had ordered through the app, planning to pick up their food after a long shift at 9pm. However, upon arrival, they were informed that their order could not be fulfilled due to a lack of dough. Overall, the reviewer was disappointed with the lack of empathy, accountability, and poor service experienced at Domino's and has decided not to order from them again.

This restaurant keeps getting worse over time. We ordered three different pizzas and all three of us got sick with food poisoning. We will not be ordering from here again.

I rarely order Pizza but was just in the mood this evening, I ordered on the app which on all the deals had something not available so not worth choosing a large stuffed cruxt at £22 is expenisve can order a whole take away meal chinese of indian for that. I ordered delivery which said 20 mins... It took over an hour to arrive and was cold hardly any toppings and definatly no nice stringy cheese,,, never had a dry pizze before,, the cheese in the stuffed crust was almost invisible. possibly the worst pizza I have ever had..in future Ill order from the locak kebab shop tumbling with toppings and cheese and a large 16 ins for £14. avoid at all costs, when I phoned the staff were rude and not interested,,, They said they were busy... I said you gave me the 20 min delivery time nobody else and as they aave all my details they could have phoned and explained there would be a delay service is everything I will not use again or expect a respoince

Great pizzas ,but sent a non vegan dip with the vegan pizza . It was reported, and addressed the next day by a manager . They gave me free pizzas as compensation. Extremely impressed . Vegan pizza highly recommended.
