Not a bad place. reasonable prices in the rule, but some basic elements more expensive.
Great personal easy parking open late regale almost always on camp
10.30am quiet time, 3 tables and 5 customers including myself. At least 4 staff. An elderly couple had ordered drinks, when they were prepared the member of staff at the service station called the table number, no response and called a second time even though they had spotted the table! The elderly gentleman put his hand up and the staff member said 'your drinks are ready ' another customer offered to take the drinks as I was on my way to do the same. I asked why they hadn 't taken the drinks to the table as the customer would clearly have struggled, I was told there wasn 't a procedure for it
Stopped in for a meal with the kids whilst out shopping. We used the self service station. Asked us to take a table number but there wasn’t any with only one person doing everything we had to wait in the queue to ask. We then went to collect the cold drinks we selected (3) none of them was in the fridge so we had to get back in the queue to ask what to do. Defeated the object of using the “quick” self service as we waited in the queue a lot longer. The table was empty but not clean. There wasn’t enough cutlery in the drawers and the ones we did grab were still dirty (egg yolks all over the forks) Food arrived two breakfasts (luke warm, overcooked bacon mushroom didn’t remove items as requested Fish burger both chips were well overdone and soooooo dry!!! Neither of the kids ate them All in all very disappointing. This cafe needs more staff. The poor lass was doing her best but was overwhelmed. Not her fault
