Herbalife is a terrible supplement and has more carbs/sugar than protein. Meal replacement shakes can lead to short term results, but they are not meant to be used as a long term solution. Herbalife has also been in trouble with the FTC multiple times for being a pyramid scheme. MLM companies in general are predatory and manipulative. This place would be better if not selling for Herbalife.
