Man, I tell you, the manager there Alma is so polite and very helpful. She knew the menu and offered me a better lunch suggestion then what I originally wanted to order. I'll come back with her.

For the first time here for lunch. The place was beautiful. Your service and food were absolutely terrible. The guy waiting for us was too busy talking to his mates and we had to wait 10 minutes to fill our beers again. We had 5 beers and waited 5 to 10 minutes each beer. Food: 1/5

I expected my food to appear cold and even unpleasant. I'm glad to say that my expectations were completely wrong. My name is two words. Fresh and hot!

I and my GF went to the Special last week on Tuesday. I understand they were understaffed, I totally understand. The problem was our waitress was extremely rude and the food was cold. When she came back, I brought her to her attention and she had a great attitude. I don't usually say anything, but it upset me. The appetizer was also cold.

I was talking before I went in with my girlfriend about how the place wasn't busy for a astros game and I understand why now. The service was terrible our server was more concerned with her regulars and friends behind usto come check on us. I can honestly say if you want to get timely serivce do not sit on the bar side. Long story short we waited on her more than she waited on us. The boneless was cold the fries were hot. Then as we wait more to pay she finally comes to get my card and goes directly to her table of regulars to sit and talk with them more before trying to run my card.The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the astros and those boudin egg rolls were fire.
