The Plump Tomato - Beacon

Do not mistaken this place for a roadside pizza shack! I was given some prior intel from family, and friends about Rosie's. As a pizza aficionado I was waiting for the opportunity to try this establishment. Even though Rosie's was in the next town over, I was well prepared with my real deal pizza insulated bag my son had acquired when he delivered pizzas during high school. Needless to say a few slices never made it home. This is the real deal people. The Beacon, Fishkill area is saturated with Pizza shopps, but I can say this is probably the best in the area by far. Don't believe me??? Try it for yourself.. Good Job Rosie's!!

Nyc crusts- crispy. Pizza sauce is delicious. Coming from NYC, this is the most comparable pizza in Beacon. Will order again and again.
