The reviews are mixed but place wasn't that bad. I was there between my sons AAU Bball games (not the one in the pic). Most of the team decided to go here. I and 3 others had the Philly Steak and Cheese and all were surprised at how good it tasted. I had the chips and they were homemade but lacked flavor. I think they don't add salt which isn't bad. I are then all. The restaurant is typical country Fam Run-like place w laminated menus, out dated age cheesy Italian decor but w really good, attentive, service oriented staff. Not to mention the patience to serve 7-8 hungry 11yo boys and their parents. I would try again if I'm down this way.
If you try the new Vinnys in Bealeton,VA. Good luck, they have changed for the worse. We were there and hour and fifteen minutes, we got 1meal about 45 minutes in. Screwed up my sub then after another 20 minutes they were getting ready to start cooking it. Just got fed up and left. I loved it for years, probably won't go back. Also would have been nice if I wasn't sweating the whole time we were there. It was just a couple degrees cooler that outside
The name has changed to Vinny's. The pasta and Stromboli were good but the fried food was terrible. Boneless chicken wings were so overcooked that they were like rocks. The calamari was also overcooked and tasteless.
I called the store and they close at 9pm during the week. They are only open till 10pm on FRI/SAT.
