Beatrice Bakery Company

This review is only for the lack of communication for my order. I ordered on Dec 9th online and wanted the items delivered BEFORE Christmas. I made a call to them wondering what happened to the order since my sister told me she never received. customer service was very sweet but apologized and never offered even a discount on my items. all I got was an apology. So I'm upset with their non-chalant attitude. I won't be trying this bakery again.

This review is not about their products but rather about their customer service. If I operated a business, I would hire Jessica in a heartbeat to represent my company. She was perfect in straightening out my order and making me feel that my little problem was important to her and to Beatrice Bakery. She was so calming and reassuring that my morning conversation with her made me feel good about all things Beatrice Bakery and Nebraska. Beatrice picked a winner when they hired her. Good job!

Ordered this fruitcake from online shopping and it was the best fruitcake I have ever had. It is moist and a perfect amount of alcohol for the best flavor. All my neighbors love it and especially the husband. Better price here at Beatrices Bakery.

I sent a three pound fruitcake to my Mother-in-law and said it was the best she had ever had. She also loved the decorative tin. Fast shipping too! Thank you!

FANTASTIC fruit cake, all kinds. Like my grandmother used to make, not much cake, lots of nuts and fruit.
