I have eaten at this Longhorn Restaurant on several special occasions as well as just a dinner date with my husband. There is always outstanding service. The best service I have experienced in the Bluffton area. Food is always delicious, including appetizers and drinks. Their spinach dip is an excellent appetizer. The manager is very engaged in ensuring your visit is excellent. I highly recommend!!

This is 1 of 4 restaurants in the Tanger Outlet Plaza 1. The service was phenomenal, the food was scrumptious, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend.

The outlaw ribeye was horrible! I would have rather gone to to a dollar store and bought an old piece of meat and slapped it in a rusty frying pan, it would have tasted better and not been overcooked. I'm not sure what seasoning they coated the ribeye in but it was way too much and the quality of the ribeye was tough and stringy, definitely not worth paying $31.29 for that thing. Why didn't I send it back? I was with a party of 8 and there were more than enough requests coming from the 7 others at the table that the server was overloaded enough and I wasn't going to add to that. If a manager would have visited our large table then I definitely would have talked with them about the food quality. Atmosphere was also just 1 star, the air conditioner was broken on the side of the restaurant where the large, 8 person, round table was located. The air conditioner at the front of the restaurant and bar area was blasting, I'd bet those people were freezing. On the bright side, members of my party enjoyed getting up from our table and walking up to the front of the restaurant for some cool breeze before making the round back to our table.

We waited more than 15 minutes to be seated, then once at the table no one spoke to us for over 12 minutes and when she did it was while passing by quickly saying I'll be right back but never came. I got the attention on manager and we were moved tables and servers. The food took forever so perhaps kitchen was short staffed.

Hali was an excellent server! So nice and attentive. Will definitely be back!
