Tim Hortons - Beausejour

Great! It's like other places in these institutions, and it's cool! Service: Remove the type of copper.

Any order I have was wrong at the point where I didn't even get there. The last time I had no choice. Again. It was wrong.

I have visited this time a lot in recent years as I often fish in the area of Whiteshell and Pinawa, but I always use the ride thru, and after the decision to go inward on Wednesday after a long day of fishing, I am not sure if I ever stop in these Tim Hortons. The staff seemed uninterested and very rude, there were at least 7 10 employees in the facility, and there was almost one line outside the door, but it was not busy, it was only the staff constantly asking how to do things or if they had certain menu items. Blonde girl working the counter was smart and had a look at her face that she prefers somewhere else on a Wednesday afternoon when I asked if she had a certain menu item I was hit with “I don’t know” and an eye role. Finally, I got my coffee order after 5 minutes in the register, just to the younger gentlemen who seemed fluid to give me the coffee and say "here" in a rather rude tone. Coffee was not even stirred, simply tasted blandes, almost as he just put the sugar, cream and coffee in the cup and put the lid on it and tried to get me out as soon as possible. I don't usually complain, but that was just bad. I work in customer service so I get it, some days are better than others, but that was ridiculous, the lady behind me had an even worse experience with her husband from what I overheard. I will avoid these Tim Hortons from now on.

Bad service. Once i bought a french vanilla for my colleague. The drink was half full after paying for a large. I bought a bowl of chilli and that bowl was half full as well. Its like these folks dont care at all after taking your money. Ive got into the habbit of checking my drink right away after.i take an order from them to see if its actually half full and ive told others to do the same. Another time I ordered a large bowl of chilli and i got a loaded chilli bowl. Then they would insist thats what I ordered when infact they cant understand what is said through the drive through speakers. I can guarantee you that if another tim hortons came out with a better service this place would lose its business and shut down in a month thats how bad the service is.
