Seems like some of the management needs proper training. Especially in customer service. If you taking an order of the drive thru speaker is to much for you. Just don’t even bother. Normally have to wait 5minutes just to get a response anyways.The food is normally decent. But customer service is definitely lacking. Especially a since of urgency in getting customers in an out. Some of the employees are doing wonderful but management needs a reality check. And stay off the speaker if you wanna be rude to customers for simply ordering!!
One of the dirtiest and rudest McDonald's I've ever visited. Staff speaks loudly and inappropriately..food wasn't cooked thoroughly and trash all over the place. Surprised it was as crowded as it was but it is on a busy corner.
Order was wrong. Didn't notice till on interstate. They also made me wait 10 minutes for it.
It was quite busy while we stopped there. I did like the variety of seating areas. The table wasn't as clean as I would prefer, but I think it's just because it was so busy. The employees were nice.
