Luisa's Italian Pizzeria - Bedford

Luisa's Pizza is my absolute favorite restaurant…not only is the food delicious, the atmosphere is a casual and fun one. And the service is absolutely incredible. I would recommend Luisa's to anyone.

Luisa's has the absolute best calzones I've ever tasted. The steak delight calzone is to die for, and the Popeye’s passion with feta is excellent as well. The ugli sticks are additive! I loved their food!!

While this is the Bedford store, the franchise in Derry is the store I had my experience at. After ordering some take out, we picked it up and went home. After getting home we cut into the calzone we ordered and it was not correct. It was something completely different and nothing that appealed to us. We called back and informed them that the order was wrong. The person could not help us so we asked to speak to the manager/owner. The person put a guy on the phone. He said that we had to come back ourselves or we were out of luck. Now this is a place that delivers. We asked if we could get our money back and that didn’t seem to help either. After asking who we were speaking to he got very defensive and started to mouth off to us for no reason saying we were looking down on him. No idea why we just wanted the right food. Then hung up on us. When we called back, he was even more confrontation and after saying that he should not hang-up on people and be a bit more friendly to patrons he got verbally abusive and started to swear at me, and threaten me with harm if I came there. He was no kid pizza boy. I have no idea what the guy’s problem was but basically in all my life I never seen or been treated like that especially over a pizza. Still I am confused as to what the guy’s problem is beside that he should be anywhere near customers. Honestly, I would not even think of going in there as I would guarantee I would be in a fight with this guy and I would not recommend anyone bringing kids in there with someone this unstable. I would hate to see him go off again if the order was wrong in front of kids. The food is okay. It is too bad the help is that crazy. You can’t miss him; he is the skinny tattooed/pierced all over dude.
