Short Stop Cafe - Bedford

Delicious and fast! About 10 minutes for four waffles. Beautiful size for children! I think two would have filled me, but I'm greedy. At $28 for the family of four (no drinks) so good prices.

I have an icy latte and a bacon and cheese croissant, and it was okay. The latte was good, but the croissant was okay. The cheese was not melted, and the bacon was the flocky, thin, precooked kind. Hopefully the waffles are better than the sandwich.

Great café! Belgian lying waffles are AMAZING and many topping options! So good that I ate the waffle before I could make a picture of it. Pastries are also fresh and delicious. Great place for diving or going out. You have some nice tables outside and many parking lots, as this is right next to the depot square. Owner is very nice and hospitable.

I just stumbled this place while I worked in Bedford during the day. I can't say enough! OMG the pastries are from this world! The best I ever had!!! Apple danish... Delicious!!!

Short stop cafe is a new little place I couldn’t wait to see open. Very convenient located closed to the Minuteman bike trail. It should be known for its verity of Belgium waffles and croissant sandwiches. But my absolute favorite is the blueberry scone. The owner bakes it all herself. And she has an amazing recipe. It’s hard to find a scone you just fall in love with. Besides they serve Peet’s coffee… another great plus. Iced coffee with lite ice… my goto.
