On one occasion, I had a positive experience where I even shared jokes with a staff member. However, on another visit, I felt like I was being charged for every little thing and received unfriendly and unappreciative service, almost as if buying from them was a burden. Despite this, I have returned to this restaurant multiple times and hope that my next visit will be better.
Do not bother ordering ice cream from this place. We specifically requested a nut-free cake for our son's 7th birthday due to his severe allergies to peanuts and tree nuts. The manager assured us that the cake would be safe for him, but when we cut into it, we found that it was not the cake we had ordered and contained allergens such as ice cream. This mistake put our son in danger and ruined his birthday party. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, the staff did not handle it well.
They can get milkshakes that are tasted every ice cream.
They remain away from the flying saucers they are frozen like permafrost.
5 stars for their Wednesday two-for-one sundae deal, 4 stars for the ice cream itself. I adore Carvel cakes, and their sundae (got the vanilla-chocolate soft serve with rainbow sprinkles and hot fudge) was delicious, but I felt kind of nauseous by the end of the sundae. I'm good for a while but really glad I came.
