This last visit (November 2022) was quite a surprising one as opposed to 3.5 years back. They 've shut down the upper floor large and yet intimate dining room. Now you seat downstairs in a kind of chic cafeteria atmosphere, and I felt it was a bit noisier. The service was more casual. I had a light dinner : salty hindbeh, best meat shawarma of my whole stay but served lukewarm, a glass of wine (the one I picked from their list wasn 't available). Overall, it feels a bit expensive, but it 's acceptable if they make an effort to stick to their usual standards, hence the 4 stars...hoping someone from their management reads the reviews
It’s 2022 and still: absolutely MINDBLOWING food quality is being served!! And even when it’s a delivery service! Keep it up guys and don’t falter an inch below whatever it takes! Bravo
The restaurant wasn't even crowded and it still took them forever to bring the soup, I couldn't break my fast as they haven't brought the juice. Worst service ever. I am currently at the restaurant and it's a mess. They serving the other tables as if they're family, maybe it's just that we're not Lebanese. Do not care about the food quality if the service is that bad and slow.
Horrible experience. Tried to self park and valet tried to forcibly open the car when refused to open the window because of corona and hit the back of the car so hard he caused a dent. I would like to stress I did did not say a single word to instigate. I simply kept window closed and signaled through motion that i wanted to self park. Host refused to communicate the issue to management defending the valet attendant while sarcastically stating he's the owner. We decided to eat somewhere else. Now and always.
