Smyths Traditional Fish And Chips

Ordered a taco chip, pasty and sausage for delivery, taco chip looked rotten worst thing was the mince didn't taste right, I worked in a chippy and the mince most definitely isn't ment tobe or taste the way it was.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the fish at this restaurant. The batter overwhelmed the actual fish, and it had a rubbery texture, like it had been left out under a heat lamp for too long. I do not plan on returning to this establishment in the future.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was disappointed with the poor quality of the fish and chips and the small portion size. After waiting for over 20 minutes, the experience was made even worse by the low quality of the food and the poor value. I will not be returning.

Just want to say what a fantastic place this is especially now with it all being with new owners and the work they have done to it is fantastic its spotless . They are so helpful and wer very friendly and nothing was too much I did ask for my kids and me to use bathroom but was advised that it's against health and safety due to toilet being at back of kitchen which we would have to pass by hot materials and other items that may cause accident so now I totally understand but I wouldnt let that put me off again . Please try for yourself and make your own mind up as i nearly didnt after reading previous reviews

As someone who frequents this restaurant often, I was appalled when my grandson (5) needed to use the restroom and was denied, despite the fact that the staff recognized me as a regular customer. This kind of treatment towards loyal patrons is unacceptable, and as a result, I will not be supporting this establishment in the future.
