Peppermill Grille - Belle Vernon

Hey! This place is NOT OPEN! They've been closed for about a year and a half..

Restaurant is closed so food options are a few exits down. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, up to date door locks that even beep when door didnt close the whole way. Breakfast was very basic: coffee, oatmeal, bagel or cookie. The property itself could use some extra TLC there were repair materials under one of the stair wells so perhaps it is happening as we speak. My first fl room was quiet and it was a Sat night (there were at least 3 people in room next door and I never heard them) The room was as I said was clean the refrig could have used some leveling and there was a small crack in the sink but no other issues with the room

Restaurant/bar not open! So don’t arrive hungry expecting to eat there. Second floor room was quiet. Easy parking. Friendly front desk workers, air conditioner worked well and was not too noisy. Easy access to highway. Comfy bed, room had microwave and frig. 7 min drive from a plaza with liquor store etc.

Read some bad reviews but thought every place has some bad reviews but these were TRUE. Took checking 5 rooms before finding one that was half way decently cleaned but had roaches. First one had feces on toilet and up side of tub, went to desk to complain and she had someone go check the room she was going to put us in and she said all was ok and she even left the lights on (to make roaches hide but didnt say that) went into room and sweeper was not run toilet seat was cracked in half. The laundry room door was always left open and very noisy so I shut it happened to be standing there when it was opened by employee and the floor ACTUALLY MOVED. No WIFI Will never stay there again. With covid I really was surprised how DIRTY this place was.

I stayed in room 104, which was close and convenient to my car and elevator but it was noisy down the hallways and wifi was terrible. The staff does too much talking and carrying on. I'm a tutor, teacher and author and was trying to help my student. My room was not housekept either. They kept making excuses on providing services. There door was hard to shut. They had no where to lay the shower stuff for soap or shampoo. Noisy rooms · Unhelpful concierge
