The vehicles in the drive-thru were moving steadily. my breakfast sandwich was delicious and delicious. tiffany added the experience by being so personal. I was quite obvious that she was really interested in my driving experience.
A bit pricey but very good food....31.00 for two sandwiches and 2 chips and two drinks....drinks are unlimited refills wit a large variety of choices....order at counter then wait for beeper to ring then pickup your food at kitchen counter....open kitchen so you can see meal preparation...very clean restaurant and restrooms...food was hot and delicious....employee Kris made our experience here exceptional....watched her work the room greeting customers and cleaning tables and taking empty dishes away when people are finished....did not know about Panera rewards card until she asked if we had one then went and got us a card....wow what a hard worker she is and such a sweet person....give her a raise...Panara is lucky to have such a dedicated employee...
Fuji Sald is my favorite. The staff is always helpful and friendly but doesn 't always listen. For example, today I ordered a 16oz coffee. When reviewing my order, the staff member read back large coffee . I stated ,no, regular coffee. Staff acknowledged and after paying I was charged for a 20oz Large Coffee. I also asked 3 times for a water cup before I receive one. Not a huge deal, but annoying.
I love panera so much and they're always amazing in-store, but they cannot be trusted for delivery. Every single time I get delivery from panera, something is made wrong or missing or just packaged stupid and gets damaged. How is it ok to half- fill a whole size salad? Or have a Flatbread pizza upside down (twice!
Consistently bad service. Staff is friendly enough but that's about it. Our orders are always incorrect, missing items, given the wrong item, or things that we want left off are still included. I'm not exactly surprised when this happens at a place like McDonald's but I assumed a place like Panera would have a bit better quality control.
