The Caribbean Jerk Spot - Belleville

This is some of the best jerk chicken and oxtail I've ever tasted. Highly recommended!

The chicken roti is excellent and generously sized.

I found the oxtail to be excessively salty, making it impossible to taste anything but salt. The seasoning on the jerk chicken skin was burnt, leaving a bitter and salty flavor. The chicken meat was extremely dry, almost like chewing on a leather belt. Honestly, boiling a piece of chicken wouldn’t even be considered good cooking, and the food here was genuinely disappointing. I came here after seeing the high reviews, but I've realized I can't trust Google reviews.

It is so nice to find authentic, delicious food here. If in Belleville this is definitely a place to eat if you like Caribbean food. I often call and ask if they can make me fish fritters to pick up. I can't express how much I appreciate these guys. I highly highly recommend them!

Great tasting food with large portions at an affordable price. The jerk chicken was great, and I also liked the rice with beans/peas. Thank you for a good take-out meal!
