Good ice cream shop with lots of different hard pack ice cream. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Took my boy for an ice cream date. It was so good! Staff was friendly and prices were not bad at all! Lots to choose from! They also have cookies and cakes for sell. My son hasn’t stopped asking to go back.

Went to Scoops on 6/17/23. It seemed there were only 2 employees on staff. Store was filthy....Melted ice cream on floor near cash register, counters, glass cases, etc.!!The girl who made our orders was super S-L-O-W and used whipped cream that must have sat out all day as it came out of the can as liquid AND she served to us that way on 2 of our orders! That is unacceptable! We won't be back for awhile.
