However, once seated, we were not provided enough menus nor silverware. We waited ~10 min to be greeted by anyone and it took longer than normal to receive our drink orders. Once the food came out, it was lukewarm and basic at best. Our waitress was friendly and nice, but the wait times, in addition to basic food, made this visit a disappointing one. As a born and raised Louisvillian, I would not recommend any out of towner to visit this Highland Morning location.
Love this place! My first time in Louisville and we stopped here for breakfast. Very casual place with a Mom and Pop vibe. I got the classic breakfast and my husband got the loaded potato omelet. Both very good. Very fairly priced. Great service. 100 health score. Would definitely come back!
Unacceptable wheelchair access. The back entrance way was disgusting. Bucket w/ cigarette butts, dirty mop, other trash bushes overgrown making accessibility challenging. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one there at this time. I wanted to bring their attention to this matter in hopes of improvement….?
Great cozy little breakfast spot! I decided to try the Key West Key Lime pancakes and was so glad I did because they were amazing!
The food presentation was on point. The food lacks texture and taste. Was not happy that for $5 the bacon brought to our table was cold and had a lot of grill degree on it. The French toast looked amazing but the filling made it taste like you eating raw dough. The server was busy, and refills were slow.
