Di Napoli Italian Restaurante Pizzeria

We ordered a pizza several evenings ago and were informed that it would arrive in 25-30 minutes. After an hour and a half we called to find out what was going on, and ended up canceling our order. The girl was apologetic and promised us a credit for a free pizza the next time we ordered. Against my better judgement I agreed to allow my husband to order from there again. When he called the owner stated that he would not honor the pizza credit. He could not even apologize for the previous service, or lack there of, that we received from his pizza restaurant. If you order a pizza form Di Napoli’s, go pick it up yourself and save some hassle.

My favorite pizza spot in Bensalem, since the takeover by a new owner. Your food is the best in the area and the prices are unbeatable. Deliveries come pretty fast and the foods were always hot when it comes. Shout to the sisters who work the phones, counters and waiting tables. You're the best! Always polite and really go over and over for their customers to make sure you are happy and smile when you go. I know they'll put a smile on my face every time I come in for pick-ups and see them work!

For the first time get food from here and it was really good and the girl that took my order was very nice. And my boys loved the pizza so we could go back

T/L D/R: Save the mica: go somewhere else. I tried to order here by Slice. Driver never showed up. After waiting 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, I called twice through Slice and then directly the Restaraunt. Three times they said the driver is almost there. 20 minutes later, no show.
