Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bensenville

This location is near the airport. the restaurant was clean and the service was good. the rest was not stainless, but not too bad. typical of many public toilets in and near the city. eating was good, right and served quickly.

We had a big order, They forgot to give 3 legs and mixed up our sandwich orders. They did promptly fix issue when we returned. I'm sure it's hard to hear orders as planes fly above and would probably be better if we went inside.

Tried to place a phone prefer for pickup so my food would be ready by the time I reached the store and was told that they can’t do it even though I said I work right next door running a business. Very unprofessional and very rude customer service. Will never attempt to eat at location again. If I could give 0 stars for a rating I would. Work on making your customers satisfied and wanting to come back.

What can I say? Love that chicken from Popeyes! Especially the spicy chicken sandwich. By far the best fast food spicy sandwich you can get.

You have to wait FOREVER for food even placing a pick up order the food wasn't even ready and I had to park and wait. Ordered at 1:13pm on the app and it's how 2:02pm and I'm still sitting here waiting
