Wendy's - Bentonville

I went through the drive thru just a bit ago. The girl(? on the other end was polite, asking me to wait just a minute while she took another's order. When she came back she was very cheerful.....made me feel like she was glad that I was there. After getting my order (food was good, as expected , I drove away. About 1/2 hour later, I was up in Bella Vista when I realized that they neglected to give me the coupon book that I had ordered. When I called, Casey answered the phone. She apologized right away and without any hesitation, asked for my address so she could mail the coupon book to me. Way to go, Casey! I hope your boss sees this! The best service ever!

Good service and friendly like employees,, And always clean..

I just recently started eating at Wendy's after a long stretch of thinking I didn't care for it. I have been going many times. The food is always hot and good. The staff is polite and efficient.

All staff members were extremely nice and blessed my day. the fries were extremely hot and blessed my mouth. the burger was the best i had and it made me very happy. i would give 10 stars if I could because this restaurant is the best ever. everyone go to bentonville wendy’s and make sure to leave a survey off of the receipt because you get free food. great job bentonville wendy’s. thanks for blesting my life

I did not get to eat there I wanted to eat in the lobby and they didn't open till 10. I couldn't wait that long but Wendy's with one of the top of the line number one fast food restaurants that I go to
