Contribuer aux commentairesA small town business that engages with the community. I fully support their partnerships with local non-profits. This is the way to run a business. I had a Pad Thai bowl. The food was good, but the rice noodles were slightly over cooked which may justbe one bad batch. Will go back and try them again.
The food tasted great! The atmosphere was also really nice. The only issue I had was the broth that came with my order was lukewarm at best, and one order of spring rolls were forgotten. Though upon mentioning the mistake with the rolls, the workerskindly provided us with the missing roll, plus two more.
I ordered the Pad Thai bowl as takeout and was pleased with the experience. The staff was attentive to my gluten-free requirements and clearly explained which options were suitable for my dietary needs. The food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable.
I've dined here multiple times before, and while I've had enjoyable experiences with some dishes, there have been a few drawbacks. My order has frequently taken a long time to arrive—sometimes over an hour. Additionally, they do not accept phone orders, making it less convenient for grabbing a quick lunch. I've also noticed that the quality of the food can be inconsistent, and the staff often seems unhelpful. Recently, both I and other customers have experienced refusals when requesting changes to menu items.
I’ve only visited this restaurant twice, and while the food was good on both occasions, it took more than 40 minutes to prepare a single bowl of noodles. Meanwhile, several other customers received their meals before me. On both visits, I had to approach the front desk after waiting for 30 minutes just to get them to start preparing my order. I was quite disappointed, especially since there wasn’t even an apology for the long wait.
