Pretty unhappy with the chef they have here. Ordered the traditional babgulyas but it didn't look or taste anything like. Not a bad tasting soup, but not what you'd expect. Also, they don't know how to make a cappuccino. They just make a long coffee and spray cream from the tube over it... Disappointing... I don't know who could rate the place over 3 stars, but for me it couldn't possibly get more than 2... Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
