Kawee Thai Cuisine - Berkeley Heights

The food at this restaurant is delicious, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully prepared. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's great to know that this wonderful restaurant is just down the street from us! The cuisine is very authentic.

We decided to try Kawee Thai restaurant based on its high ratings, but were disappointed with our experience. Despite being a Saturday, the restaurant was empty and we were the only customers. The food we ordered was not authentic Thai and fell short of our expectations. My husband's Chicken with Peanut Sauce was unimpressive, while my duck noodles soup contained chicken wing tips and a large amount of bones. We were left wondering where the positive reviews came from as our meal did not live up to the hype. Overall, we were dissatisfied with our visit and do not plan on returning to Kawee Thai in the future.

The food was decent, but the exceptional customer service truly elevated the experience. The staff members were incredibly polite and patient, and even went above and beyond by providing suggestions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you!

I have visited here for lunch, and the lunch menu is a terrific value! Delicious and fresh. We visited for dinner and it was delicious. Our meals were delicious, we all ordered different dishes (a party of 4). Three of them, all noodle-based dishes, all had a very similar flavor profile. We didn't mind because it was tasty. We ordered a rib appetizer that we felt were tasty but there were bone fragments like they were just chopped in half before serving. I was worried to give them to my 10-year-old. The service was fine enough, but they did have to come back 3 times to ask us about our order. I would chalk that up to the inexperience of our server. Aside from that, we thought the food was delicious. We did enjoy our experience overall and would go back.
