I haven't been to Hodori for a long while now, my partner wanted to pay a visit, so we decided to come here at the weekend. And I have to say, it was really...
Hodori is one of the more authentic Korean restaurants in Berlin and belongs to the same owner of Arirang. Compared to Arirang, Hodori has prettier...
Very shameful restaurant with super terrible service. the waiter let us wait for the menu and even we went to ask, he just said ok and let us wait. at this time was not busy at all and eating is much less than before. this restaurant has no window, very smelling inside and the Chinese woman (I think she is the manager) always stares at people who feel uncomfortable to me. please don't come here!
The place is very basic, which improves its authenticity. the ventilation is also not the best, so be prepared that their clothes remind them of where they eat the evening at a day before. we started with a bibimpap. it was nice in a hot stone...Bowl served, a layer crispy rice on the bottom. Maybe a bit underheated, but some hot sauce corrected that. the main dish was a Bulgogi ranch. When I expected a table grill and meat pieces, I was surprised that the pan was already filled with meat, mushrooms, planks and glass noodles. However, we managed to cook it pretty well and it was at the end delicious. not very cheap; we paid for two dishes, a beer and water.
