Contribuer aux commentairesWhat a great restaurant, although it offers size in winter and in summer time quite many tables, but service is never late running. just great. As a rule, the owner is with the team, coordinated with his charm a smoothness of the service,...welcome guests or talk to guests, all at the same time, to observe a pleasure. You work with a special of the day, written on a board and I can recommend choosing from this always fresh, options of vegetarian fish and meat is always there.... and if you find nothing, take the regular menu or talk to staff. the pasta is made at home, tasteful and the combinations we had (ofgole mushrooms vegetables were all delicious (no drown in heavy sauces, no, not at all! Your fish is finely spiced and presented in a tasty way (drilled, salt covered, baked, you actually taste it, what is simply beautiful and waht you want.... many off-season dishes as an optional supplement or even as a solo dish the desert far rich, specialties are recommended as they are all seasonal. Outdoor seating in a beautiful shaded garden Prices are very realistic! I will certainly come back, even if it means driving about 25km:
We (group of 9) went to il Brunello on a (as it turned out) very busy Friday evening. very nice atmosphere and friendly service (we were practically welcomed with being presented one of the specials of the day [veal shank]. Most of us ordered at...least one dish from the special menu (regular menu is quite limited which is taken as good sign as dishes are prepared freshly). My veal carpaccio with fresh pan fried porcini mushrooms and shaved parmesan was fantastic. My sister considered the seafood cocktail (from normal menu) the best she had since long. Main was pan friend veal shank customised with porcini mushrooms and vegetable again delicious. all of us were very happy with the food we received. Only downside was that kitchen was rather slow took us well above 2 hours to finish dinner (only 2 courses) but given the quality of food this is quickly forgotten and we will come again.
On the afternoon I discovered the owner change of the restaurant in the Spanish gasse. because no great lust on work wanted to show up at his own heart and the sons with late summer gave everything, so an evening appeared too boring, pure in the small “black” (dress and with the big “black” (which slept out in the direction southwest.) the chöre mentioned in clips should not let any misunderstandings come up! parking is located directly in front of the restaurant or on the own parking lot behind the building. who like to sit outside, will prefer the newly designed terrace, which is located on the street and is oriented southwards. the traffic is very good to wear due to the reduction to 30 kmh in this area. space (4/5Pkt in the now 6 months existing restaurant is all redesigned. the “I am an Italian restaurant” that has now been rated as a standard facility jumps into the eye. the tables with white tablecloths, fabric napkins, 18/10 stainless steel cutlery, bark in standard glass stand, porcellan salt shaker and olive oil in the current donation bottle. the gasse sits on very comfortable chairs without back upholstery or on red benches. on the walls the black-and-white classics of the Italian stars, in dark, crunchy colored frames, and stare the last movie epochs and their government. “Don’t drink red wine” was my first thought to the wall shelves with red wine bottles. whether the bottles were moved during the heat of this summer in a cooler storage room and the strong light incidence of the south facing terrace? questionable if the bottles are to be opened to the motto “Brunello”? but there are also beautiful mirrors and scenic paintings to reconcile to not want to awaken the impression of bad talking. the room is light and bright through dimming on the fabrics in the windows with the small part of a strongly developing noise scene with filling gas space. Feed (4/5Pkt and service (3.5/5Pkt without reservation against 19:00 was inside for two people to get a nice remote space. immediately the card is handed out by a standard service, a large chalkboard is pushed out and tries to recommend the one or other court outside the standard card. Even if you weren't there for 1 year, you'll always be greeted as a friend. eating is excellent and special will be desired if possible. here they can turn off and enjoy.
