We were a few times and this place never disappointed. do the best aloli, the brot is fresh and we have tried many different fish dishes and they were all fantastic. we took friends from all over the world who were visited and they absolutely loved it from ambiente to eating.
Zeche: 111 € general: the la sepia is a Spanish and Portuguese restaurant, centrally located in the westcity. After my memory, this restaurant certainly exists for twenty years and I was curious after many years as it is present. we were not disappointed, but there was no enthusiasm. who wants to see and eat fish, crake and seafood in good selection can visit the la sepia. the public was expected to be very mixed. japaner, other tourist in groups or as couples, masters. Eat: the hingucker as an optical appetitmaker are the great vitrins with the sea beings. to the left, whistle, snail, carcinoma, garnel and right of the fish. but it is not that the offer visible there is particularly addressed. it is held there for the access of the two chefs who have their economic place right behind the vitrines. as some courts are depicted on the map, but one can make a comparison whether one speaks the face to face. the card begins with various tapas and then has a large block of dressing with fish, crisk and seafood, which are prepared differently: grill, pfanne, cataplana. the prices are in the width of the band between 15 and 25 €. meat dishes of chicken, bark and lamb round off the offer (from 11,20 € for chickens up to 22,90 € for the bark fillet. from the house there is a well filled basket with quite unevenly cut white bread. fine-pore the crume, no noticeable crust. a small white aioli and a handful of deep-sea cloves. the aioli very good, probably the variants without a. it should have been a bit bigger. so it was good. we chose the mixed mussel plate (15,90 € , krake gallega art (6,90 € and white beans with tuna (4,90 €). the krake gallega consisted of discs of tentacle, slightly sprinkled with a chili powder and cartoffel discs, not further dressed. the composition with the kartoffel did not come to us. the mixed mussel plate came as a pan with probably four different clams (mies,- green peel and venus mussels I can name and sea snails on the table. on the ground a white wine vine with a much coarsely cut garlic. interesting overall, but with 15,90 € in view of the portion size (is priced under main dishes covered. our main dishes were the lamb fillet from the grill (19,10 € and krake in garlauch (18,40 €). the lamb fillet had the even medium plus on what was good for my fellow eater. there were rosmarink artefacts and a nice mix to it, there was no a supplemental salad. given the price a manageable portion. the additional ordered garlic sauce (3,00 € earned the name and was also required, because apart from the lemon quarter there was nothing liquid on the teller. in my dish there were several tentacle sections and two half-salt potatoes. the sud. a dish dish, tastefully as expected. no salate. a total impression between three and four stars. because I have taken into account the prices and portion sizes of the plv inferior, I evaluate eating with very, very close four stars. ambiente: the la sepia is a little nested. in the front area the theke and some tables, then along the vitrins of the middle part with a table row and the rear area, which then widens again. simple red stone floor, bare dark wooden and bright walls with little decoration determine the impression. it looks a bit dark due to the lack of daylight. unbeautiful that a plan in the rear area whatever covered. the kitchen for the dishes behind the vitrins makes the la sepia also an experience gastronomy, because there is strongly crafted and a table directly opposite offers the best view of the craft on the heart of the bare table cloth. the tables for four people still in order and the running routes acceptable. for outdoors are two table rows directly on the trottoir, so that there is intercourse between the table rows. for me, actually, not reasonable, but there is the fraction of the outsiders, whose members are raised to every side of the road. cleanliness: well-maintained and to the mentioned plane nothing to complain. the toilets very modern, clean and fresh.
La sepia is a Spanish restaurant in the marburger street we found it 4 months ago with a customer by us randomly. tapas and fish an excellent combination, good quality and many native. good place in berlin!
We spent an excellent evening in the la sepia. the reservation about quandoo has worked without problems. the foods were very good as always! as well as the wein sauvignon blanc, when we are qieder in berlin, we will come back with safety!
