I was with a small group of friends and none of us were particularly hungry so chef Saverio Pennetta put together a menu for us. It was superb! Every mouthful a taste sensation. I wish I could remember everything we had but there were so many small delicate and delicious dishes, mainly fish seafood based (which is what we asked for) and lovely pasta that we could barely squeeze in the dessert. Not only was the food great but the ambience, the wine and service also impressed. To top it all off, it was exceedingly good value. It will come as no surprise that many restaurants have closed down following covid, so if you find yourself in Bernalda, please do visit Pennetta. We really need to support such talent.

Non eccezionale. la qualità delle materie prime è buona ma i piatti non sono il massimo per la preparazione. servizio lento e piatti sono arrivati in modo discontinuo.
