Fast service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Variety of table sizes: sit by yourself or your whole family/group. Period building beautifully modernised inside. Fastidiously clean. Proper white tablecloths. Also sells preserves, syrups, chocolates, lollies, tins of biscuits, etc. 2 adorable cats sitting patiently outside for pats. I didn’t see a menu or prices, but my flat white and cake was $19.10, which seems rather overpriced.
The food here is always amazing quality and so delicious. We really enjoyed the chicken pot pie and pasta. Decided to stay for a pot of tea and cake, as the woodfire smell and aesthetic of the cafè is so comforting. I always try to come here when in the area.
Service is excellent. This is a charming place. Highly recommend anything pie related, especially the duck pie with warm pear and raspberry salad.
A quaint Cafe in Berrima. Just a delight to visit. Lovely staff very friendly. The place has an old world atmosphere. Breakfast was generous and well presented, very enjoyable would come again.
When I first came to this cafe I was hesitant to order anything because of the prices, however my partner ordered the Chicken and Leek pie (now Chicken and Spinach pie) and it was well worth the money. The food is full of flavour and honestly tastes like good homemade food. We have returned about 4 times (we are from Sydney) and have absolutely loved it every time! I brought a few friends down who also tried the steak sandwich and every since having it they have mentioned that they have been craving it ever since. Highly recommend this place!
