Quartermaine Coffee Roaster - Bethesda

I'm evaluating myself because I'm shocked to see some of the negative reviews. I got a great coffee at quartermain as long as I remember. the personal is a bit idiosyncratic, but they are loved by their masters. they do not claim to roast their own coffee there, they roast their own coffee in a separate plant in rockville. I think I'm making a better cup of coffee home, but I use their roasted beans to do it. there's nothing with her drip. my friend loves her espresso and he is an aficionado they make mistakes, but they repair her and yes, they were not necessarily hired for their dynamic personalities, but they are real people who make a real job!

The personal was friendly and the place quiet. the coffee was. the price per bag did not correspond to the quality, so this is the great reason for the evaluation. it's not bad, it's hard to cost.

Got a nice dirty chai on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. Not busy and easy. Helpful staff.

The girl at the counter with the glasses was very nice and she even recommended me an interesting drink choice. Think it was called the iced mint cream. Correct me if I am wrong. But this place is awesome. For my first time going there. My experience was definitely a good one. Ps; I drank all of my beverage already and can’t share any pics of it lol.

It’s funny how bad reviews are left after one incident… I’ve experienced all the days over the last year, rude teens, delay in online orders and order mix ups but for the most part I’ve had a positive experience and that’s what I’m basing this review on. In a covid world I’ve learned to flex on my customer service needs and appreciate people in the service industry a little more. It’s a solid 4 star for me. I’m not a big fan of their drip coffee because it’s very bitter leans dark roast, but their lattes are crack! Unlike most places you get three shots in the medium but don’t be fooled the price point is higher, but you get what you pay for so enjoy!
