Placed mobile order and then was notified it was ready. Went in to pick it up and lobby was closed. Drive through complained to me for bypassing the call box.

Closed at 7pm but online says 10pm. Wasted time and gas because they can’t fix their time online.

Seriously the worst Starbucks! They never make drinks correctly are extremely slow. I ordered a nitro cold brew with oatmilk hazelnut syrup, but was just given black iced coffee….
