Brookside Vineyard - BICKLEY

On a Sunday afternoon, I visited this beautiful restaurant and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I've never encountered such terrible service. After a nice walk, we came in for lunch and were unfairly judged by a blonde woman, who I believe is the manager. When we inquired about the menu, she informed us that they don't serve burgers and fries, which is fine, but there is a much better way to communicate this to customers. It’s disheartening to see such a lovely place have such a negative and outdated atmosphere. The service here doesn't even deserve a single star.

I had the pleasure of dining there yesterday (9/4/17) and enjoyed a delightful lunch filled with good wine and excellent food. Just like other reviews have mentioned, this place is truly special, and I will definitely be returning. Be sure to make a reservation in advance!

We had lunch with a group of seven and everyone agreed that the food was amazing. The restaurant has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere set in a beautiful environment. The staff is exceptional.

Have eaten here a few times, my favorite winery in the Kiley Valley! amazing eating, beautiful location and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, very recommended, great place for a high time also when this is on the cards;

Went for lunch today after having tried unsuccessfully several times prior. The setting was stunning we were given a private table near the creek. The waitstaff, though all quite young, were a perfect balance of friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food was exceptional be brave: try the sheep brains entree! . Each meal was just the right size and was very reasonably priced $14 entrees and $32 mains max . The menu had plenty of options and I would gladly have had any of them.
