The employees were loudly socializing instead of working, and the restaurant was not clean. We visited the Dairy Queen by the big lake expecting an improvement from the disappointing experience in Monticello, but we were wrong. Food quality and service were average, but the atmosphere was lacking with a rating of 1.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after 3 times of going here and ordering a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and literally get no cookie dough what so ever. Such a letdown Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
