Was given a partial refund AFTER the manager on duty complained about it and yelled at everyone working for not knowing how to do a refund. and they made us RE-PAY for what we really needed. Bianca M. Took our order and that poor girl was almost in tears. She was the only one there with her head on straight (she deserves a raise a new job) They forgot some of our food and when we cameback for it, the managers on duty WALKED out of the store and the girls working drive thru took their headsets off. Would not recommend. We definitely called corporate.
Manager Pam Mann had abysmal service. Pam was constantly bad mouthing her coworkers in front of customers. Unacceptable behavior. Pam was also handling fries and other food, after handling cash at the register, without washing her hands or wearing gloves- a basic and obvious NONO in food service. Pam makes her entire team look bad, and should not be employed here or anywhere imho. Tammy was an absolute delight, and kept an upbeat attitude in the face of Pam?s confrontationalattitude. Thanks to Tammy for being an awesome example of how to handle stressful work environment!
I understand they are new but my first visit I ordered the fish and chips to go. Got home and there was only fish. The second time I drove through after they had established themselves and was met with attitude as the attendant was also yelling at her crew in an unprofessional manner. Will give another try because of other franchise experiences and lack of choices in Big Spring.
