The prices were reasonable, which is surprising for a southern village pub. I highly recommend it—it's the perfect spot for any hiker in the area.
This is an outstanding local pub. Nancy, the owner, is a refreshing and genuinely nice person who makes it a pleasure to visit. The bar and facilities are always impeccably clean. The beer served here is top-notch. The locals are welcoming and friendly, creating an inclusive atmosphere. The garden is lovely and adds to the ambience. There's ample parking available at the pub, as well as some additional spots at the back.
If they are looking for a nice quiet village pub with good old fashion customer service. and the conversation is the main entertainment and a nice setting and reasonable low-priced drinks then no longer. always love come here. highly recommended
What to the absolute gemstone. the time is still in this very traditional country local no wall to wall sports, jarring musak game machines or other distractions. only good honest country folk, good talk, friendly rental and great beer. It can continue for a long time.
It feels as though you've stepped back in time. The beautiful old building is lovingly preserved, and the tranquil garden adds to the charm. The delicious beer is clearly well taken care of.
