Legoland Holiday Village - Billund

Pirates Inn, Buffet breakfast. They had a separate table with a bowl of GF Rolls and portioned bread, wrapped separately, only seeded bread though, and bowls of oats and cereal. The muggle bread had its own counter so the main Buffet was kept separate, and everyone respected using the utensils for each bowl. I don't eat sausages so didn't ask about them, but overall I found it all good.

We were staying in the Pirates Inn Motel and had a breakfast here. There are some celiac safe options like 2 types of cereals, gluten-free bread and cinamone rolls. Cereals are in the safe distance from gluten food. Bread and rolls are packaged separately. There is microwave available as well. Some other gluten-free food available but cross-contamination possible.
