The dill sauce they served with them was aromatic and creamy. The tacos were also incredible with a delightful blend of crunchiness in the vegetables as well as seasoning in the pork. We also had a plantain appetizer, these were delicious sweet tasted fresh off the vine. The staff were incredibly friendly.
I love this place!! This is the second time we have been here and the food is just amazing. Fried chicken that doesn't taste gluten free! And the sauces are so good. All of the sauces are delicious. I feel so safe when I eat here they are so welcoming that it feels like I'm eating at home.
In Birmingham because my dad is in the hospital. I was so excited to find this place within walking distance from St Vincent?s. My dog and I became regulars. The food is great. The owner and staff are kind and thoughtful. I can?t recommend it enough.
Gluten free chicken strips! We were visiting from out of town and were so excited to try a dedicated gluten free restaurant. Most dining options are usually gf pizza, which gets old, or salad, which isn 't exactly kid friendly. The food is not just good for gluten free it 's straight up good. The tostones we got for an appetizer were amazing, crispy outside and just the right amount of salt. I got tacos and my husband got the enchiladas. Both were flavorful and well cooked.
The owner is really sweet but the food was not what I hoped for. The fish cakes were really good, but that is all that I was impressed with. The cole slaw was not the best and my husband had enchiladas and the chicken was really tough inside. We ordered one fish enchilada to give it a try and it had a very strange chemically after taste. We left the restaurant still hungry.
