Contribuer aux commentaires3 times in the last 2 weeks l have stop in and was told twice there is a WAIT time of 30 min. the last time 11/25/22 was told 20 min wait to get my order, l was under the impression that Bojangles was a Chicken house but maybe l was wrong?
Quick service at the drive-through, and some of the best Bojangles I've ever had. My sandwich featured an enormous piece of chicken, so big it was folded into a V, making the sandwich 4+ inches tall. It was generously breaded and well spiced, and friedto absolute perfection. Served piping hot. Just enough mayo--not sloppy. The pickle slice was crunchy and the bun fresh andbuttery. I could not imagine that sandwich being any better. I'm smiling just thinking back on it. My family's biscuits werehot, soft, and flaky, and their chicken was tender and flavorful. The sweet tea was excellent, too. I'll remember you, Bojanglesof Biscoe!
Lack of help and caring for customers that dine in. Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 biscuit sandwiches. Tables we had to clean ourselves. Unorganized, We were a party of 8. This is not a fast food spot. I can say for sure you have ruined the bojanglesexperience for all of us. I know that you will never, get our business again. You should all be ashamed.
Drove 20 minutes from 7 Lks, was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for an all white 12 piece family meal which I paid extra for. Waited nearly 40 minutes, drove the 20 minutes back to 7Lks only to realize it was not an all white meal. I?ll be tryingAberdeen or Carthage next time.
We did an online order on the app to be picked up curb-side. They told us it would be ready by 12:45. We waited until 1:15 and went inside. They had it sitting there, couldn't even bring it out to us like requested, then didn't have all of what wasordered. The other cars that had ordered curb-side had to also get out to get theirs. Why offer this if you're not going to useit?
