Contribuer aux commentairesTerrible experience. There was only one employee working during a busy time. The staff member pretended not to see my order on the screen for over half an hour. When I asked for a refund, she ignored me. I will never go back to Subway again.
I recently visited the Subway on Squires Gate and had a terrible experience. The glass covering the food wasn't wiped down, it was smeared with fingerprints and sauce. There were crumbs all over the place. A staff member touched food after handling money, forgot to wear a hat, and touched his hair before handling my food. It was very unsanitary and unappetizing.
Being a frequent patron of Subway, I had high expectations for this particular location. Fortunately, I was not disappointed. The service was speedy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan on returning in the future!
Outside is a mess with the tables and scrap car. Inside was a disgrace the floor had been swept and just piled up next the the drinks area and been walked in. Needs a serious tidy up for a food venue.
What can you say about Subway that hasn't already been said beforehand......I din't know but I will try the food and drink is always up to a very high standard, which they never fall below. Definitely worth more visits, well done
