The breakfast buffet and the food was cold. the foods had expired and were not refilled. this year's buffet was disappointing, this has been an annual family dezember tradition since 2013.
Very recommended preston is for a great meal and atmosphere. love the theme of the holiday!
We enjoy eating at preston’s because it is a pleasant experience. food quality is uneven and disappointing. we had difficulty getting the right wein. our server had little experience with wine selection and service. the wee we chose, however, was excellent-Montinore estate pinot noir. our appetizer choice was tweepering rings that were common. Entree options included lachs, ribeye and huhn. the rib was most disappointing because she was not prepared as ordered and was a very thin steak. laughs and huh were okay. the highlight was preston's underwriting pudding. a wonderful desert.
Not sure if we just caught Preston’s short staffed in the kitchen but our food took over an hour for all our meals to arrive. When the food did arrive 4 of our 6 meals were incorrectly served missing important ingredients. On the positive side, the food was good and our server was so accommodating and friendly as were the other server and manager. They tried to get us all the items we were missing and discounted our lunch. There were only two other tables in the restaurant at the time so I’m not sure why the kitchen was having such issues.
